Bellaray is an e-commerce website specialising in spirited and elegant contemporary designer jewellery. Only a month after launching to the public, Bellaray was nominated for a 'Bright Young Gems' award by Hilary Alexander, Fashion Director of the Daily Telegraph.
Bellaray approached Online Solutions to redesign their off-the-shelf shopping basket technology as they felt the standard web forms did not fit with their website design and detracted from their stylish and effective website design.
Online Solutions approach was to change one long, confusing web form into a user friendly tabular model. This simplified the payment process for the customer as they can now enter bite-size chunks of information and know where there are at any giving point in the buying process.
