Project details

Collaborating closely with the team at Elkington and Fife, the Online Solutions team embarked on developing a wireframe for the future website. This website is designed to support and clearly explain the complex and interconnected services offered by Elkington and Fife.

After defining a digital strategy, the Online team built a series of prototype wireframes to chart the principal user journeys of our target audiences and to structure the website’s information architecture, including call-to-action points and essential navigation aids. These wireframes served as a blueprint, guiding our joint efforts with Columns' creative minds to forge a compelling online presence. During the creative design phase, we laid down the technical groundwork using Laravel, PHP, and MySQL technologies, setting the stage for the development of both the front-end and the integrated Content Management System (CMS).

Throughout the development process, the Online Solutions team maintained a close partnership with both the creative team and the client, ensuring that the final product would deliver tangible value. This collaborative approach allowed for the seamless integration of structure and functionality with the website’s tone and content from the outset. Key personnel from Elkington and Fife received comprehensive training on managing the system, designed to be user-friendly and requiring no prior technical expertise.
